Who we are

exact.rep makes short gym-form videos and is building the exact.rep app. For any question about your data, send a direct message to @exact.rep on Instagram.

What we collect and why

App waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we store your email, the date you joined, your approximate country (from your connection, not your exact location) and your browser language. We use them only to tell you when the app launches and to know which languages and countries to prepare first. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.

Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and we won't send you marketing without your permission.

How long we keep it

Your waitlist data stays until the app launches and we've let you know, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Who stores it

• Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA), which hosts this website.
• Google Firebase (Google LLC, USA), which stores the waitlist.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA), which serves the fonts and receives your IP address when they load.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site doesn't use its own cookies or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy of it, by sending a direct message to @exact.rep on Instagram. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
